The process of ordering coins is simple:

Design Idea.
Perhaps the most important decision, which is our way of ensuring that you get exactly what you want and need. If you need help with this step, NO PROBLEM. Our in-house graphic design team will take your ideas and help you create the perfect coin, AT NO CHARGE TO YOU! For items that are copyrighted, you must have written permission from the holder of that copyright. We will not be responsible if you do not. We accept your artwork in nearly any format. Send us what you have and we will do the rest.

Send us the design.
Let us know the following: How many coins you plan on order? What size coins? 1.5", 1.75", and 2" What finish?. - Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Shiny Gold, Shiny Silver? Color? - On one side or both?. What other options do you want? Clear epoxy, diamond/swirl cut edges, glow-in-the-dark paint, consecutive numbering, etc. Upon receipt of your request, we will prepare a detailed quote and send it back to you.

Confirm order.
Once you accept our quote and confirm the order, you will need to pay using any of these options: VISA/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER, PAYPAL, check or money order. Upon receipt of your payment, we will prepare your artwork and provide you a final design within 2 to 3 days.

Final design.
Once you receive your final design (We will make as many revisions as you need) Send us a written (e-mail) approval. Upon this approval, we will schedule your order for production and assign it in the queue.

Wait.
Once your order is placed it will take approximately 3 weeks for you to receive them.

Coins arrive!
Your coins will be delivered to the address you provided to us, which is also located on your detailed quote. All orders are insured and sent with tracking information. So far, we have never lost an order or sent one to the wrong address.

Reorder.
Coins go quick. Re-orders only require an e-mail and payment. Re-orders are much quicker than the initial order because no die design work is required. Order in enough time so you do not run out.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, we do! Like many other companies, we are forced to levy an additional charge, however ours is only 10%. That price is figured into the coin total only (not die fees or shipping). When we receive your rush payment, we push your coin order to the head of the production queue.
Rush orders are normally received within 14 days. (Times may vary)
